Payments

Evian accepts credit card payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through our secure online checkout system.

If paying by credit card your card will be authorized at checkout and charged upon release of your order from our distribution center. Any applicable sales tax will be added to your order.

Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to Georgia only.

Refunds/Returns

We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us via our returns form, fill out all required information, and return the item within 30 days from the date your order was originally delivered. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.

After you initially contact us via our returns form, one of our agents will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

We will email you pre-paid DHL labels for your returns or you may use a carrier of your choice. If you would like to take advantage of the pre-paid label, a charge of $10.50 will be deducted from your return credit.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the items have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to credit your purchase from the date your items are received. We regret that engraved items can not be returned or refunded. If you feel we had processed your order incorrectly, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate.

We can only refund the original credit card used to make the purchase or provide you with an item in exchange. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.
