Why can the Brumisateur® only be shipped via ground transportation?

Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) safety restrictions, we cannot ship items by air (Priority or Express) that contain regulated or hazardous materials. You must select Ground Shipping for shipment of any Brumisateur® items. In conjunction with these regulations, we cannot ship orders containing regulated or hazardous Materials to Hawaii/Alaska addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience if this policy affects your order and thank you for understanding.

Regulated or hazardous materials typically fall into one of two categories:
Aerosol products in pressurized spray cans
Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals

The Brumisateur® is a pressurized spray can and thus falls under the FAA restrictions as a regulated material. As a reminder, the contents of the Brumisateur® are completely safe, made of pure Evian® natural spring water and nitrogen.

What is the shipping cost?

When will I receive my order?

We will aim to have your order shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Your package(s) will arrive depending on your choice of shipping method. Typically, Standard Shipping Arrives in 5-8 days, Express in 3 – 5 and Overnight in 1 – 2. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from us with your tracking information.

I want to return my order.

Your satisfaction is a priority to us. Please contact us via our returns form and fill out all required information. Upon receipt of this information, we will also send you return authorization number and instructions.

Order and Payment Information

Do you accept online orders for International delivery?

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Please place one order for each address you would like to ship to. To expedite future transactions, you may save a list of gift-recipient addresses when you create an account on Shopevian.com. This feature is available under the Address Book feature within the Checkout page.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept the following Credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discovercard. We do not accept CODs, Personal Checks or Money Orders. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Every step of the shopevian.com ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and follows Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS). SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

What is the credit card verification number?

This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover Network, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.

How do I know if something I purchased is on back order?

As you shop, we'll let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on back order or no longer available. If the item is on back order, we'll tell you the date when it will be available for shipment. If an item becomes permanently out of stock after you have made your purchase, we will notify you by email.

Will Evian® confirm my order?

We will send you a confirmation message within 24 hours of receiving your order and processing your payment.

Can I check the status of an order online?

We will we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of your order 24 hours after the order was placed on http://www.dhl-usa.com/home/home.asp

You will need to provide the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. Click the link above to track your order.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is charged on total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders delivered to Georgia only.

How do I redeem an offer code?

Steps for redeeming an offer code:
1. Enter your offer code on the "Payment Information" section of the "Billing" page.
2. Type in the rest of the required information.
3. Click "Continue Checkout" and the offer will be applied to your order.
When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed in the "Order Review" page.
Important Note: One (1) offer code may be used per order.

Can I save items in my shopping cart for purchase at a later date?

Items placed in your shopping cart and not purchased immediately will remain there for 30 days. Your saved shopping cart is accessible only via the computer that created it, unless you log into your shopevian.com account before adding items to your cart. If you add items to your cart while you are logged into your account, you can access your saved shopping cart by logging back into your account on any computer within 30 days.

In order to add items to my saved shopping cart, do I need to sign in?

If you are using the same computer, you will not have to sign in. However, in order to access a saved cart from a different computer, you will need to log into your shopevian.com account before you add items to the cart, and then log back into your account when you return to see your saved items.

Why is my saved shopping cart empty?

After 30 days, items saved in your shopping cart are removed. Also, your saved shopping cart is accessible only via the computer that created it, unless you log into your shopevian.com account before adding items to your cart. If you add items to your cart while you are logged into your account, you can access your saved shopping cart by logging back into your account on any computer for 30 days.

Shipping & Processing

Standard Shipping and Processing
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Atlanta, to arrive within five to seven business days from receipt of your order.

Rush Delivery and Processing
For an additional fee per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. We regret that this service is not available for the Brumisateur® or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Can orders be shipped to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

At this time, we are unable to ship merchandise to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Does Evian® ship merchandise to Canada?

At this time, we are unable to ship merchandise to Canada from our website. We can ship merchandise to a U.S. shipping address from a Canadian billing address.

What if I think my order is lost?

If you suspect that your order has been lost, please contact DHL via their website at http://www.dhl-usa.com/home/home.asp

You will need to provide the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. Click the link above to track your order.

Account Information

How do I edit my profile?

Log on to the “My Account” section and click on any Edit link on your Welcome page.

What is my password for "My Account"?

If you forgot your password you can request a new one time use only password via e-mail. To do so, click on the "Log In To My Account" link on the top right of the page and enter your email address in the please enter your e-mail address below, and click the 'Request A New Password' button. After logging in with your templorary password, you will need select a new password. Passwords are not recoverable in the system, so if you lost your password, the only option is to request a new one time use temporary password.

Where do I look up my order history?

Log on to the “My Account” section. All orders will be displayed in the Order Status section. To view detailed order history, click the Order Status number. If you are not a registered member, please contact us via our contact form to check the status of a current order.

Returns

How do I return or exchange a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit.

Please contact us via our returns form and fill out all required information. You may select the carrier of your choice or we will be happy to provide you with a DHL shipping label via email. (A nominal charge may apply.) Upon receipt of this label, please drop-off the package(s) at the nearest DHL location.  Pack the item(s) to be returned, in the original package, if possible.
All exchanges will be shipped standard ground. Standard transit time is 7 to 10 days from the time your merchandise is received.

Once the items have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to credit your purchase from the date your items are received. We can only refund the original credit card used to make the purchase or provide you with an item in exchange. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.
